Mechanical design
We design optical instruments that work often in the high or ultra high vacuum.
Design of the instruments as soft X ray monochromator, reflectometers, microscopes, mirror manipulators, is an interdisciplinary activity, where take place experience and know how of fine machining, theory of elasticity, optics and vacuum techniques.
On the basis or required specificationsof your instrument, we will develop mechanical, mechatronic, optical and vacuum concept.
According to this scheme we will create the 3D model of the instrument and after the critical design review its executive documentation.
We work with 3D CAD software Autocad Inventor 2009 with the possibility to export to many native and neutral formats.
