We carry out analysis of solid bodies with help of analytical and numerical methods.
We investigate often optical elements of beamlines for synchrotrons. Mirrors and gratings are thermally loaded and due to the non-zero thermal expansion is the optical surface distorted in some extent.
Distribution of tempertaure and loss estimation is very important for the components working at cryogenic temperatures.
